"Universities Use of Agents" - First presented at the AIRC conference, December 2010.  Intended to help give universities some perspective on the value of using an overseas representatives who work as their agent and some tips on how to get the most from such a relationship.

"How to Sell to US Schools" - First presented at ICEF Workshop, December 2009.  Intended to help agents understand the university mindset and offer some guidance on sales tactics and approaches.  The intent was to help new agents understand the subtleties of promoting themselves to university administrators.
