In 2016, AIRC decided their conference material was in need of makeover as the previous look and feel consisted of a logo and plain text. Since inception, the AIRC Annual Conference had been meeting in Miami in December and had developed an identity with that location. Colors and images were selected to capture the feel of Miami, and it was determined that photos would not be part of the design.

In addition to the conference program, we designed save the date postcards, web graphics for the association’s website, sign-up flyers and mailers. AIRC also created pop-up displays for their NAFSA booth and re-used these as throughout the conference hotel to support the conference.
